About Peter Bell

I started my fitness journey young but lost my way somewhere in the middle. A rough childhood led me down a path less fortunate. This behavior almost cost me nearly everything including my life, twice.. Coming back to the realm of fitness literally saved my life and it is now my goal to give life back to those seeking a new lease on their own.

As a personal trainer and coach, my mission is not only to guide people through physical transformations but also to empower them with the right mindset.
